Chhattisgarh Housing Board

Chhattisgarh Housing Board is inviting applications for the allotment of flats in Naya Raipur Sector 27 and 29 for all categories including EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG. The housing board is offering flats in Naya Raipur sector 27 and 29 based on lum[-sum fixed cost, self finance basis and offer basis.

There are 33 flats in each sector 27 and 29 in Naya Raipur which are availablebased on lump-sum fixed cost. Under the scheme, there are 227 HIG and MIG flats in sector 29 which are available on self finance basis.18 flats in sector 29 are available on offer basis.

The flats will be alloted based on lottery system and the draw offer will be announced on last date i.e. 31st December 2014 at 4.00 PM. If the applicants does not accept the alloted flat, his/her registration amount which is 15% of the cost of flat will be refunded without any cost.

The costliest flat being offered at 75.03 Lakh is a HIG premium flat with a super area of 3467.62 square foot in Sector 29. The board is also offering prizes to three lucky winners. The winners will get Tata Indigo car as first prize, Indica as second and Tata Nano as third prize.
